1. How to Search Importers Database?

If you want to find an importer, you can either use our search function or simply browse by category.

  • Click the "Importers Database" on the main navigation bar on any page;
  • The entire category will be shown on the left side of the screen;
  • Choose a product category and then a subcategory will bring you the full list of importers collected under this subcategory;
  • You may narrow down the search result by using " Search by Imported Product" or "Search by Importer's Name" function above the search result, and
  • To look at importer' profile, please click "Company Info" link behind company's name.

2. How to contact Importers?

Once you find a potential buyer for your products, you can contact him/her by sending a quotation.

3. Why can't I find importers' email address?

We do not display importers' email addresses on the site. This minimizes the risk of importers receiving spam or viruses. So, to send your message, simply click "Please Click Here to Send Email" and your message will be sent.

4. How to save an importer's profile to My Contact List?

To save an importer's profile, please click "Add to My Contact List" link under importers profle and this importers information will be saved. You can save up to 30 importers in your Contact List.

5. I find an importer's contact information is incorrect, how can it be happened?

We have made extraordinary efforts to provide accurate information. However, in case where an importer changes its address or phone number there will be an incorrect entry in our database. We (and will always) go to great lengths in order to ensure that situation like this occurs as infrequently as possible.

1. How many Trade Leads can I post?

As a subscriber of BusinessChannel1.com, you can post unlimited Trade Leads on Marketplace section.

2. I am a Full Database Subscriber, how do I post a Trade Leads?

If you are a Full Database Subscriber, you can post Trade Leads with product picture. To post your Trade Leads, please

  • Log in your account at BusinessChannel1.com;
  • Click "Post New Trade Leads" link on the left side of the screen;
  • Fill in the Trade Leads form;
  • To upload a product image, click "Browse", choose a picture from you computer that you want to upload, and then "Upload". Please remember that the maximum size is 200KB;
  • After uploading, the system will generate a file name shown on the "Picture Status". Please do not change it, if you want to use another picture, just " Browse" and "Upload" again.
  • At "My Contact Details" section, if you want to use your registered details, please choose "Use my registered details". This will save you lots of time. Otherwise, please input your preferred contact information.

3. I am a Basic Subscriber, how do I post a trade leads?

To post your Trade Leads, please:

  • Log in your account at BusinessChannel1.com;
  • Click "Post New Trade Leads" link on the left side of the screen;
  • Fill in the Trade Leads form
  • At "My Contact Details" section, if you want to use your registered details, please choose "Use my registered details". This will save you lots of time. Otherwise, please input your preferred contact information.

4. Why can't I upload a picture?

Please make sure your picture is in JPG or GIF format and its size is smaller than 200KB. After uploading, the system will generate a file name shown on the "Picture Status". Please do not change it. If you want to use another picture, just " Browse" and "Upload" again.

5. What should my trade lead say?

Trade leads are NOT a place to summarize your general business information, nor should they be used to describe all of your products. Instead, an effective trade lead provides detailed information about one product: specifications, quantity, quality, production capacity, shipping limitations, etc. You can post a BUY, SELL or Business Service Trade Lead. SELL trade leads are most effective when a picture is included. To learn how to list the image of your product or services on BusinessChannel1.com, please visit Advertise with us.

6. Why can't I see my Trade Leads after posting them?

Most probably, the approval process has not been completed. All postings, upon approval by BusinessChannel1.com, are published within 24 hours. If it is not approved (i.e., it requires you to submit more information), an email will be sent to you notifying the status of your posting.

All postings must fit the following criteria for approval:

  • They must be posted to the correct category.
  • They must be of a business-to-business nature and should include specific details on items.
  • They must include adequate contact information.

The minimum time allowable between postings for the same items and terms is 30 days.

7. How can I modify or delete my Trade Leads?

  • Log in your account at BusinessChannel1.com;
  • Click "My Trade Leads" link on the left side of the screen;
  • You will see the list of your Trade Leads;
  • Locate the Trade Leads you wish to modify, and then click "Edit" or "Delete" button; and
  • The status of the Trade Lead will be "on Hold" after amending, we will review it and publish it as soon as possible.

Note: If your Trade Lead's status is "On Hold," please wait until it has been published before amending or deleting.

8. Can I use HTML in my Trade Leads?

No, please do not use HTML.

9. Why should I post my company's information and trade leads in English?

English is the international language of business. Please ensure that all information you enter is in English, including punctuation. Any information not recognized as English will not be published.

10. What types of postings are prohibited?

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions to learn more about what is the prohibited information within the Marketplace. BusinessChannel1 reserves the right to edit, delete postings without notifying the poster.

11. How to find a Trade Lead?

If you want to search a Trade Lead, you can either us "Search a Trade Leads" function on every Trade Leads page or simply browse by category.

12. I cannot find a suitable category for my products. What can I do?

You may click HERE to submit requests for new categories to BusinessChannels.com.

1. How to search market reports?

  • Log in your account at BusinessChannel1.com;
  • Click "Search Market Reports" link on the left side of the screen;
  • If you want to search reports published within a particular period of time, please choose the "Publishing Date". Otherwise, you can just leave it blank; and then
  • Choose a category and a country

2. How to read a market report?

Most of the reports are in PDF format. Users of Adobe Acrobat Reader version 6.0.0 may have difficulty accessing PDF reports. Symptoms include slow downloads, blank documents, and small white boxes appearing in the PDF. We recommend you download the latest version of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

3. How to save a market report to my own PC?

To save a PDF report, please right click "View the PDF version" link, and then click "Save the target as", select a folder (directory) on your PC to save the report in (e.g. My Documents).
