- Enter your Login Name and click "Continue"
- Answer the "Security Question" you submitted during your initial registration and click "Continue", and then
- Choose a new password for yourself.
2. How to change my password?
To change your password, please
- Log in your account at BusinessChannel1.com;
- Click "Change Password" in the "My Account" section;
- Enter your new password twice
- submit
3. Can I change my Login Name?
For security reasons, you can not change your Login Name after registration. So please choose your Login Name carefully.
4. How can I change my registration information?
If your information changes, you can correct it by updating the information in My Account:
- Log in your account at BusinessChannel1.com;
- Click "Edit My Profile" in the "My Account" section;
- Make necessary changes and then click "Update Now!"
5. How to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at anytime. Simply send an email to account@businesschannel1.com with your account name and company name. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours and your subscription will expire at the end of the current billing period.
